MAINTENANCE STAFF

 

Qualifications:
Related degree from a technical college.
Knows how to do plumbing, electrical and carpentry

Skilled in using power tools

Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts.
Perform

minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.Ensuring all safety systems are functioning properly, including smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

Knows how to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
Keeping repair tools and supplies cleaned and organized

Completing safety checks on systems and equipment

Experience performing routine maintenance.
Proven maintenance experience
