Job Summary
Manages and guarantees the implementation of Plant Production Equipment and Facility Machinery Preventive Maintenance Program. Areas of responsibility include the availability of spare parts and tools for operation and maintenance of utilities equipment, maintenance of process equipment, and facilities.
Essential Job Functions Ensure the continuous improvement and efficient operation of established maintenance management system for utilities, facilities and production equipment (process and packing lines); Ensure availability of spare parts for all equipment and engineering consumable supplies by timely preparation of requisitions; Creation and updating of equipment historical performance and profiling or benchmarking documentation database. Optimize performance of the Manufacturing Equipment and Assets operation within the constraints of safety, environment, optimum cost and assuring the best value in engineering. Strategize and establish plans/schedules for Maintenance and Improvement activities for all the Manufacturing Machineries & Assets in coordination with the Production Manager, in relation to optimizing time allotted on planned shutdown and available resources. Analyze the historical record and trend focusing on improving the performance provision of Maintenance & Improvement activities. Coordinate with the Project Leader to ensure accountability of costs, machineries documentation, maintenance requirements, and operation/maintenance training are in proper order prior to commissioning. Perform receiving & issuance of Delivery Materials which include checking of documents, invoice, delivery, quantity & GR transaction. Provide Analysis & Physical Inventory checking of Technical Store inventory. Create and improve the PMCI Maintenance Management System. Manage Technical Stores. Manage Engineering PR/PO requirements. Monitor stock level of critical spare parts and tools for early detection of impending problems. Timely maintain proper recording and documentation of engineering-related data, information, and work standards-guidelines that are critical to PMCI operations. Ensure Technical Documents are well maintained and organized. Ensure Engineering PR and PO are closely monitored. Prepare reports on section objectives, technical budgets, investments, and proposals on Maintenance Management Section. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
