Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Maintenance Planner.
What are the Roles and Responsibilities? Maximizes operating profit through using planned maintenance where it is more effective than alternatives. (Number of planned jobs versus the total number of jobs in a week or month).Maximizes equipment reliability through using planned maintenance most effectively. (How long each piece of equipment ran at full design capability after planned maintenance was done.)Quickly returning equipment to design capability through using planned maintenance most effectively. (Time to repair from the second the equipment stopped to the second after it was recommissioned, tested and proven stable in-service).Maximizes equipment availability through most effectively using planned maintenance. (Lost production time due to planned maintenance per week or month).Analyzes data of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to learn how to improve the service delivery.Ensures the trades do quality work by providing all the parts, tools, information, procedures and check testing needed to deliver a quality job.Performs tasks related to repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining machineries, equipment and devices.What are the Qualifications?
