Position: Maintenance Personnel

Summary:
This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment failures, and conducting repairs to
ensure a safe and functional environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Routine Maintenance: Perform regular inspections of equipment and systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to identify potential issues and ensure they are functioning correctly.
Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and structural problems within the facility, including equipment failures and system malfunctions.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the life of equipment and reduce the likelihood of unplanned downtime.
Installation: Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer's specifications.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Identify and correct hazardous conditions to promote a safe working environment.
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Emergency Response: Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner, including after-hours if required.
Collaboration: Work with other departments and external contractors to coordinate maintenance activities and projects.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance-related fields (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is preferred.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC certification, electrical license) are a plus.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces.
Working Conditions:
Maintenance personnel may work indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
They may be required to work on weekends, holidays, or during emergency situations.
