Maintenance Operator

What we do Passepartout Phils., Inc. is a mid-sized manufacturing company located at MEPZ II in Lapu-Lapu City in Cebu/Philippines with headquarters in Switzerland and UK. We use sustainable natural materials to create bespoke surfaces of the highest quality for interior design of superyachts, private jets, and residential objects. To successfully push forward in this challenging business, we are looking for a competent Maintenance Operator to strengthen our Maintenance section. Your main tasks will be to perform general maintenance and repairs of assigned equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other buildingsystems. Job Description: Perform routine preventive maintenance and repair procedures onbuildings, equipment, and utility systems.Perform minor and major repairs with supervision.Replace broken windows, and repair doors, door locks, and closets.Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records of schedules.Install electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services, replaces and repair wiring if needed.Respond to emergency maintenance requests.Other related tasks as instructed by Maintenance Leader or Supervisor.Qualifications and Experience: Vocational, diploma, short course certificate holders or experience in electrical, instrumentation or Electromechanical.At least 1 year of experience in Factory or Building maintenance.Experience in Pollution Control regulation in MEPZ is an advantage but not necessary.Team player
