Maintenance Manager - Makiling Calamba - Experienced Mechanic

SALARY RANGE: ?40,000 - ?50,000WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Saturday | 8:30 AM - 6:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Makiling, Calamba | Office and Yard- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, and/or Logistics / Transportation Commerce- Must be an experienced Mechanic- Must have at least 5 years of experience in a big logistics company, including Procurement experience- Must have 5+ years of experience in Equipment Engineering or Maintenance, preferably in a Construction Environment- Basic understanding of Architectural, Electrical, Civil, and Structural Engineering construction practices- In-depth knowledge of heavy lift equipment, automation systems, and control technologies- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret and leverage equipment performance data- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results
