Maintenance Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS in Business Administration Logistics or Engineering, Logistics/Transportation Commerce, or similar diploma programs.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in a big logistics company with procurement
experience
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in equipment engineering or maintenance, preferably in a
construction environment
• Basic understanding of Architectural, Electrical, Civil and Structural Engineering construction practices
• In-depth knowledge of heavy lift equipment, automation systems, and control technologies
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to interpret and leverage
equipment performance data
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple
projects simultaneously, and drive results

SALARY RANGE:
40,000 - 50,000

WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY- SATURDAY
8:30 AM - 6:00 PM

WORK LOCATION: Makiling, Calamba Office/Yard
