Details of the offer

1. Performs minor fixes such as repairing drywall/filling gaps on wall, painting and repairing doors, broken locks, and other building fixtures.
2. Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
3. Order and purchase materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
4. Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.
5. Keep the common areas clean and tidy.
