MAINTENANCE HEAD

 

Qualifications:
BS Engineering graduate preferably BS Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum of 3 or more solid years of experience in a supervisory position. (maintenance/ safety)

Knowledgeable in building maintenance operations, preventive maintenance, and fire and

safety programs.Knowledgeable in handling tools, machinery and equipment.

Excellent in oral and written communication, computer literate and has knowledge of any computer-assisted tools.

Excellent in planning and analytical skills.

Has a High level of initiative and can work well in a team environment.

A people's person.

Results-oriented, with good management and leadership skills.
