Maintenance Engineer - Digos Branch

JOB SUMMARY: A Mall Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and maintenance of all building systems and equipment within the mall. This includes but is not limited to planning and implementing preventive maintenance programs. Performing and supervising equipment malfunctions and maintenance-related repairs. To ensure the optimal performance and safety of all mall systems and equipment. JOB SPECIFICATION: Licensed Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural) At least 1 year of experience in a related field Good communication skills (written, oral, and listening) Can handle multiple priorities. Can plan, organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks. Can adapt to new technology. Sound analytical and organizational skills. Ability to make good, independent decisions and effectively deal with stress. Well-developed time management skills including the ability to identify, prioritize, and complete tasks and projects in an effective and timely manner. Willing to be assigned at Gaisano Mall of Digos. Job Type: Full-time
