1.
Ensures that machine is in good condition-operational, maintained, cleaned and sanitized prior to use.

Keep work areas clean and neat to avoid product contamination and maintain workplace safety.
3.
Follows all safety guidelines and regulations as laid out by OSHE which includes wearing complete safety equipment of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
4.
Machine operators must read and follow written or verbal instructions and job orders.
5.
Perform set-up operations to maximize machine efficiency.
6.
Ensures that he knows when to start and stop the production line as needed to keep up with work flow and prevent potential food safety and safety hazards.
7.
Machine operators must be knowledgeable on process step(s) declared as CCP.
Its control measure, control limit, responsible person and corrective action must be properly implemented and regularly reported to Production Supervisor.
8.
Conducts regular machine check to verify condition of parts and the machine itself.
9.
Train new machine operator as well as apprentices.
10.
Recommends replacement or repair of machine parts in a timely manner to prevent possible production downtime.
11.
Consistently executes standard procedures in the conduct of machine operations and process in producing the product to ensure product quality and safety.
12.
Accomplishes production report and submits on time.
13.
Inspect products for defects and remove defective items off the line prior further processing.
All defective products must be labelled and given proper disposition.
14.
Assist in R&D trials involving machine set up and functionality.
15.
Communicate status of machine to Production Supervisor or Manager.
16.
Informs the Production Supervisor, Manager and/or Food Safety Team Leader on all matters affecting production and other food safety related concern.

Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc
18.
Performs other job related duties as assigned by management.
