Machine Operator For Plastic Injection Or Caps

Job Description
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Operating plastic injection machine, caps/closure machine or printing machine (HUSKY, SACMI or MOSS)

MOSS
- Sets printing plates and blankets
- Mix print in right viscosity
- Identifies printing defects and provide solution
- Determines light, standard and dark printing limits
- Trouble shoots common machine problems

SACMI
- Sets/calibrate master batch doing system
- Changes molds and other machine attachment
- Changes/sets scouring blade
- Sets/calibrate cameras to properly detect reject caps
- Identifies defective caps and provide solution
- Sets the correct weight of caps
- Trouble shoots common machine problems
- Willing to work 6-days in a week / Shifting Schedule
- Willing to work in Batino, Calamba
- Minimum Salary with overtime
- For Regular position
