Machine & Hvac Supervisor/Maintenance

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Machine & HVAC Supervisor at Allied Botanical Corporation located in Pangasinan. As the Machine & HVAC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all machinery and HVAC systems in our facilities. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing a team of technicians, conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment is working efficiently and safely.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager in a similar role
Strong knowledge of machine maintenance and repair
Expertise in HVAC systems and their operation
Ability to identify and resolve technical issues
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus but not required
