Lube Bay Manager

- Graduate of Automotive or any related courses.
- With extensive background in Automotive repairs and maintenance and lube bay management.
- With experience in mechanic role and handling/operating auto repair shop.
- With Supervisory or Managerial level is required
- Excellent people management and decision making skill
- Willing to travel in any branches
- Must be residing in Legazpi City

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
3-4 years managerial/supervisory experience in the quick lube/automotive business
Has experience in operating/managing auto repair shop and mechanic role
Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure services are performed accurately, safely and in the proper order
