Loss Prevention Officer - Security Guard

At least 2-3 year experience
- Preferably in the retail industry
- With a strong work ethic and discipline
- Possess good social skills
- Observant, sharp, and attentive
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises
- Report daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damages, theft, presence of unauthorized
- Call proper authorities (police, fire department) in cases of emergencies such as fire or the presence of unauthorized persons
- Warn customers and employees for rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary
- Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering
- Monitor performance of outsourced security personnel and coordinate to them all instructions coming from the management
- Conduct daily briefings to outsourced security guards to align responsibilities and company expectations.
Initiate preventive measures and information to ensure the safety and security of company properties and employees
- Enforce implementation of company rules and regulations and report all violations and irregularities discovered inside the store.
Conduct an investigation and search if necessary
- Conduct risk assessment and determine threats to the company and offer a preventive measure

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
