MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Identify opportunities and champion/execute process improvement initiatives
- Oversee the Recruitment Sourcing Team
- Ensure alignment of programs between all sites in accordance with the Company's policies and branding guidelines
- Plan, develop, and implement creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies in order to meet hiring requirements for different programs
- Partner with vendors to ensure that processes are aligned and contracts are observed
- Represent the company at networking events related to recruitment and employee programs
- Execute defined people management responsibilities
- Identify sourcing team members' opportunities and create coaching strategy and improvement plans
- Create/update developmental plans for sourcing team members and monitor progress
- Work effectively with defined internal and external clients and stakeholders
- Ensure effective, efficient, and consistent implementation of client and company processes and policies
- Stay informed of trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in cutting edge, state-of-the-art recruiting

practices

**Required Skills**:

- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in program planning and implementation skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Experience in mass hiring or high volume recruitment is a must.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably with 3 years experience as an assistant manager / 1 year experience as manager specializing in Recruitment Sourcing or equivalent
