Logistics Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Specialist to support a restoration company based in the US.**Main Requirements**:- With at least 2-3 Years of Experience in Customer Service focusing on the B2B and B2C Approach- Good attention to details- Tech-savvy and someone who is comfortable managing different CRMs and Technical Tools applicable tools needed for the business- Capacity and commitment to work 40 hours a week or more supporting clients following EST Timezone- Preferably someone that is Very Proactive and Always Willing to Learn- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both orally and in writing- Passionate and Displays a Strong Work Ethic- EXTREMELY organized, EXCELLENT at project management, INCREDIBLY calm under pressure, and always Professional**Responsibilities**- Data Entry and Data Management- Conducting Research to derive pertinent information and data- CRM Management: Updating Records in the system- Identify and assess clients' needs to achieve satisfaction- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools- Assistance in scheduling jobs and documentation and paperwork**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Work from homeSchedule:- Night shift- Shift system- WeekendsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Remote work: 2 years (preferred)- Virtual Assistant: 1 year (preferred)- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)Shift availability:- Night Shift (required)
