- Receiving Task
Ensure all incoming items (local/imported) is checked in per procedures. Provide daily direction to the associates within the department. Delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team Check any item at Receiving like unloading from container, for transfer to Warehouse, for Segregation, for counting and classification, and for re-delivery) Prepare incident report for returned and undelivered items, canceled pull out from sales & retail as well as from the canceled field works of Service Center Technician. Collaborate with the warehouse supervisors in order to perform and ensure receiving accuracy Follow up for CM (credit memo) and T.O (transfer) both return & pull out. Receive inquiries on shipment, undelivered and pull-out. Coordinate with QA for rush transfer to warehouses Accomplish replacement of items from dealer sales to warehouse. Control left at Receiving items. Transfer stocks immediately to respective Warehouse after checking and qualification Ensure Logistics staff updates the spreadsheets on all items actual items received to account it and can readily provide status to end users Monitor daily work flow within the Receiving Section Coordinate with Warehouse for space allocation of both imported and local shipments - Delivery Task Oversee the delivery team to meet the departments objectives Checking of Pending for delivery. Control left at loading items Ensure items for delivery undergo the 4 checkpoints: 1. receiving and checking items from Warehouse to Loading,2. checking actual items vs Delivery Receipts,3. checking items for actual loading4. checking actual delivered by Driver based on returned and DR.- Other Task
Check any undelivered DR and coordinate with Planning. Planning on the other hand to coordinate with Sales. Ensure Logistics staff updates the per-delivery and post delivery spreadsheets to accounts all items received as well as can readily give status for possible re-delivery or cancellation, depending on sales feedback Ensure all delivery related protocols are observed by Drivers as regards the delivery receipts, forms for internal use including tools used to track delivery such as gps and dash cameras Ensure pre-departure checklist is accomplish prior to refueling and should include truck washing prior to loading Ensure delivery are performed within all set SOP's by the Department including reporting of Drivers on any in transit concerns not limited to customer, product and vehicle concerns Ensure loading is free from foreign items other than the items/stocks for delivery. Must report to authorities on any item with issue thru a call slip or related. Ensure maximum utilization of vehicles, including that of 3PL (truck or containers) and its cbm. Coordinate with planning as needed. Monitor daily work flow within the Delivery Section before, during and after delivery execution Provide daily direction to the associates within the department.
