Logistics Team Lead

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible and accountable for the proper shipping of finished goods to customers and assisting the Logistic Supervisor in developing, supporting, and accomplishing the departments and company goals. Manages the performance of the Delivery Drivers and Helpers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepares, and completes all delivery orders and ensures accuracy of all inbound of raw materials and outbound products for delivery. Prepares, and completes all documentation of inbound and outbound transactions. Monitors outbound activities and ensure accuracy of stocks on hand, packaging and labels are correct and intact. Assists in the completion and filing of compliance reports and documentation. Assists in planning and scheduling the delivery of goods and cargoes. Assists in managing 3rd Party Logistics delivery performance and maintains 3PL contracts. Oversees loading of vehicles, completed stock andload bay areas. Assists in trucking and truckload capacity planning based from current sales volume requirements. Oversees the performance of Delivery Drivers and Delivery Helpers through the effective implementation of Performance Management System. Co-creates the Performance Targets and Individual Development Plan for each Delivery Driver and Helper in coordination with the Logistics Supervisor Informs Immediate Superior and/or food safety Team on any concern related to food Safety Management System Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of BS Transportation/Logistic Management or any related course At least 2-year related work experience, with at least 1 year in a Team Lead function With background knowledge on Raw/Packaging/General Materials and vehicle specifications With intermediate skill in Logistic Operation Knowledgeable in using SAP or other ERP system Job Type: Full-time
