**Job description**
1.
Reports directly to Operations and Logistics Supervisor.
2.
Monitor goods pickups and deliveries with transportation and route drivers accordingly.
3.
Conduct cost analysis of several transportation companies in order to select one that is cost-efficient and able to handle the shipment loads.
4.
Communicate with trucking companies, commissary supervisor, warehouse heads, delivery personnel, BDD/MDD and franchisees.
5.
Ensure that all parties/department are working together to guarantee that shipments are packed, sent and delivered in a timely manner.
6.
Monitor and check daily attendance and performance of logistic personnel.
7.
Shows good conduct and communication skills consistent with the company standards during work especially when dealing with Franchisee.
8.
Contacting various transportation companies to get shipping quotes and deciding on the best carriers based on cost, availability and reliability.
9.
Study franchisees requirements and manage inventory based on these needs.
10.
Analyzing goods orders to research the need for keeping certain items in stock.
11.
Custodian of department and truck maintenance budget.
12.
Develop and maintain truck maintenance plan.
Monitor government registration and other related truck permits.
13.
Reports any deviation or untoward incidents to superior immediately.
14.
Assists in the operations of other sections and performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualification:
1.
Bachelor's/College Degree, any 4-year course graduate, Business Studies/Administration, or equivalent
2.
Logistic Management and Warehouse Management
3.
Strong verbal and written communication Analytical, Organizational and Customer service skills
4.
Project and Relationship Management
5.
Essentially oversees to many tasks to ensure that goods are shipped, delivered in a timely manner and in good condition.
6.
They mainly involved in monitoring of loading and unloading of goods and materials, setting up delivery routes, monitors logistics personnel and maintain communications with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, custom brokers and others involved in the shipping and delivery of goods and materials
7.
Working schedule is from Mondays to Fridays, 830AM to 530PM
8.
Willing to be assigned in Dasmarinas Technopark, Dasmarinas Cavite
