JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree holder, Graduate of Customs Administration
? Has a 6 months of work experience in shipping and logistics field is advantage
? Open for Fresh Graduates
? Amendable to work on site
? Amenable to attend Face to Face interview once requested

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? To monitor orders and shipment status.
? To monitor the shipping instructions based on customer's requirements and letter of credit and send shipping instructions to supplier and/or third-party logistics provider.
? To do whole trading and logistics transaction processing such as but not limited to preparing shipping instructions, invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists and other beneficiary certificate and documents as called by the letters of credit.
? To do a review for the contents of the letters of credit of clients and compare them with the shipping documents to determine if in order or if there are discrepancies.
? To check the bill of lading and other related shipping documents and send to supplier and/or third party logistics provider.
