Job Description
Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipmentsResponding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channelsReviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracyMaking special shipping arrangements as necessaryTracking and fixing shipping errorsPreparing delivery receipt (DR) and sales orders (SO)Managing distribution and shipment budgetsSchedule the day to day delivery scheduled of warehouse & delivery driversEnsuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standardsDeveloping processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
