Logistics Operations Manager

Role:

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be the conductor of an orchestra, ensuring that all the moving parts of the supply chain harmonize perfectly. Your role involves overseeing the entire logistics process—from sourcing materials to delivering products—making sure everything flows smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating Supply Chain Activities: Like a traffic manager directing vehicles, you will oversee the movement of goods, ensuring they reach their destinations on time and efficiently.
Managing Inventory: Think of yourself as a puzzle master, ensuring every piece is in place and nothing is missing, while keeping stock levels optimal.
Optimizing Transportation: You'll analyze routes and methods, much like a navigator plotting the best course for a journey, to minimize costs and improve delivery times.
Collaborating with Teams: Acting as a bridge, you will connect various departments—like a network of rivers feeding into a larger lake—to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Monitoring Performance Metrics: You'll track key performance indicators, similar to a coach reviewing game footage, to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:
At least Hs Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
Minimum 6 months in CCE
Willing to work on site
