**LOGISTIC OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR**
**I.
Job Summary**
Operations Admin assistants work under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently.
Provides clerical and administrative support and assists in coordinating all aspects of daily operations, including recording and reporting data.
You should also be well-versed in internal operations, take minutes at meetings, forward and distribute mail as required, and prepare and file relevant documents.
Responsible for overall supply chain management, include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods to different customers and project sites.
The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
**II.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assists in operational issues and communicates with other supervisors and managers about operations.
- Acting as second-in-command to the manager and taking care of all duties in their absence.
- Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager and other staff.
- Assists with overseeing and management of tasks related to project completion.
- Perform general clerical tasks that may include file maintenance and disposition, maintenance of office equipment, and assisting other staff as needed in these functions.
- Assist staff with purchasing, by assisting with vendor issues and complaints, shipping and receiving, and paying invoices.
- Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Assist with processing orders, producing, and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking.
- Assists with the processing of payments and other financial tasks as necessary.
- Assist with a variety of administrative duties,
- Provide confidential administrative support to department leadership and others as requested.
- Answering the office phone, serving as reception, and other events as needed.
- Collect and prepare information for various operational reports
- Communicate changes in day-to-day activities to other employees as directed
- Plan on optimal transportation activities such as routing, equipment, and schedules for delivery
- Organize warehouse, label goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
- Monitor existing logistics system and make suggestions for improvements when needed.
- Creating and enforcing policies and practices for logistics activities that focus on effectiveness sustainability, and efficiency
- Participating in recruitment and training of logistics personnel
- Managing logistics personnel including supervision, scheduling, performance management, and more.
- Keeping track of delivering metrics (Ex: defects, time of deliveries) and conducting related audits
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications**
- Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business Management Major in Operations or any related field
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Manages all administrative tasks
- Must possess effective organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledgeable in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Amenable to work in Santa Mesa Heights, QC.
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects
- Multitasking skills to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Teamwork skills to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
