Logistics Officer (Ngo)

Details of the offer

The Logistics Officer will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the processing of Import Documents, preparation of Distribution Plan and Post Donation Report.
He or she will be under the supervision of the logistics manager, and is expected to implement streamlined logistics activities to meet product or service distribution needs and implement the movement, storage, or processing of inventory.
- Prepare Custom and Shipment related documents
- Collaborate with Broker/DOH/FDA to ensure on time releasing of container/shipment.
- Collaborate with Broker and Finance for the accurate shipping documents.
- Collaborate with support heads for other donation reports as per DOH and FDA requirements.
- Assist in sourcing and maintaining good relationships with external service providers and government agencies.
- Prepare pre and post Distribution Plan per container.
- Facilitate timely accurate renewal of Importation Clearance, and other related LTO (License to Operate) Certificates.
- Summarizes Receiving Incident & Feedback Reports
- Prepares End of Use 1.0 FMSC Report
- Prepares RAH - Acknowledgement Report
- Effectively manage Logistics Assistant, maximizing his potential and time.
- Reports requested by other department/unit
- Any other duties/task as assigned by the immediate superior.
**Qualifications**:

- With at least 3-5 years of Supervisory experience, preferably with knowledge on Importation and Import/Export & Supply Planning Experience.
- With experience in using Logistic systems
- Team player, servant leader and having strong Christian values, preferably Christian
- Self-driven, service oriented, possesses critical thinking
- Can drive a motorcycle and willing to do field work.

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
