Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing shipments and deliveries of the company products.
Responsible for planning and executing Logistics strategies and is accountable for managing the Dispatching team and developing strategic plans to meet the company and customers' expectations.
- Develop policies or procedures for Logistics activities and execute Strategic Planning in connection with Company's goals and objectives;
- Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, and/or equipment
- Coordinate with different departments to integrate processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
- Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems or customer issues.
- Negotiate transportation rates or services.
- Analyse the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, or carriers.
- Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
- Well-informed of the status of the vehicles and daily deliveries
- Review the clustering of deliveries together with the Truck Planner to achieve daily goals
- Manage the Dispatching Team and make sure that all personnel are aware of their duties and responsibilities as well as responsible in their performance appraisals
- Maintain employee records, including productivity tracking and attendance documentation.
They also maintain vehicle and equipment maintenance records for internal and external review.
- Ensure 3PL compliance with company policies or product transit or delivery procedures.
- Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/College degree in Logistics/Transportation/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least three (3) years of experience as a Logistics Manager or equivalent
- Keen to details and is highly organized
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and leadership skills

**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
