> Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
> Must have the physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy loads, as well as the endurance to work long hours in varying weather conditions.
> Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and work cohesively with other team members.
> Basic math skills to assist inventory counts and simple calculations related to deliveries and warehouse inventory.
> Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, both personally and in the delivery schedule.
> Driver's license is an advantage
