JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor's degree holder
? With 5 years of work experience shipping and logistics role
? Has a knowledge on handling document related to import and export
? Amendable to work onsite
? Amenable to attend Face to Face interview once requested

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? To coordinate in transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments .
? To oversees customer based queues and plan and allocate tasks to meet configuration requirements
? To make a review on purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy, responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered
? To effectively provide support to the Sales on Shipping/Logistics in the department
? To easily process shipping documentation (PO to factory and shipping docs such as invoice, packing list, BL, L/C, etc)
