DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES


1. OPERATIONS
- Vessel/Aircraft Entry/Exit Activities – Coordination and arrangements for foreign and local
Customs, Immigration, Quarantine and Coast Guard, CAAP, BFAR, LGU, PNP, PNP-ASG and other
clearances of foreign and local vessels arriving and departing the ports anywhere in the
Philippines.
- Crew Change – Assist and monitors coordination on crew change and other personnel
movements of project principals, clients and their vessel, including those of their contractors
and subcontractors.
- Regulatory Permitting – knowledgeable to all procedures, requirements, documentations and
proper channels, including those of certain local government and private agencies for purposes
of applying and securing local government-related permits, licenses , clearances, certifications,
endorsements and the like in order to ensure prompt and effective delivery or handling and
monitoring of operational and logistical requirements of clients/principals or project.
- Field Operations – Project lead to ensure prompt and complete supply and delivery of services
and goods as proposed and agreed with the client/principal in the contract/s. Establish and
maintain mutually beneficial working relationship with the local government agencies and
contractors/subcontractors
2. ADMINISTRATIVE
- Coordination of special projects and activities that may requires scheduling of workflow,
initiating correspondences, and reviewing outgoing materials for internal consistency and
conformity with policies and procedures.
- Answers queries in consultation with immediate superior, resolve routine matters, and responds
to minor problems and complaints from clients.
- Liaises with the suppliers and contractors/subcontractors pertaining to various requirements
and acquires information needed.
3. HSE
- Coordination with local authorities, helicopter provider and hospitals in case of Medical
evacuation from offshore
