PHILIPPINE MULTIMODAL FREIGHT SERVICES (PMFS) INC. Is currently looking for:  LOGISTICS & BILLING STAFF The position is primary responsible for the reporting of clients? containers daily movement and preparation of billings for their transactions Job Responsibilities: Obtain the Equipment Interchange Report from container yard checkers for data entryInput data into the company?s daily movement report systemSort out documents, verify and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracyUpdate and modify reports immediately should there be inconsistencies and when necessaryExtract reports for invoicing of customers and posting to accounting system and maintain in-house invoicing files.Address and resolve customers? questions and issues relating to invoicesProvide regular and accurate reports on billing dataWorkingwith operations team to ensure all information needed for billing is filed in the system.Performs other tasks/duties as required by managementJob Requirements: Bachelor?s Degree in Business/IT/ Accounting/Finance or a related field.Preferably MaleProficient in MS Office ApplicationsMust be keen to details and has good analytical skillSolid data entry skills with regards to speed and accuracy.Read and comprehend simple verbal or written instructionsEffectively communicate with customers, management, and co-workersAbility to work on own initiative and a team playerAbility to work efficiently and accuratelyOrganized, work well with tight deadlines & work with less supervisionWORK LOCATION:Cebu City WORK SCHEDULE:Monday to Saturday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm
