?Coordinate with Purchasing Department for materials for pick up and pull out
?Accommodate requests of engineers for service of units
?Make schedule of drivers and materials to be delivered and transferred
?Prepare cash vouchers for gas and toll fees per unit
?Track the status of deliveries and drivers
?Monitor if items are delivered in the right site
?Make sure receipts are complete and ready for return to office
?Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015
?Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
?Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
