Logistic Operations & People Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution: Oversee and manage logistics projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Operational Performance Analysis: Analyze logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on logistics performance, project progress, and operational metrics.
Coordination: Work closely with various departments and external partners to streamline logistics processes and resolve issues.
Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in logistics operations.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any operational issues that arise during logistics processes.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics Management or a similar field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
Experience in project management and performance analysis.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to coordinate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
