Responsibilities:
Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans.
Manage and oversee the entire supply chain process.
Coordinate transportation and distribution activities.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
Monitor and manage budgets and costs.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Analyze and improve logistics processes and systems.
Manage inventory levels and optimize stock control.
Collaborate with other departments to align logistics activities with company goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Prepare and present reports on logistics performance.
Implement and manage logistics software and technology.
Train and supervise logistics staff.
Resolve any issues or problems that arise in the logistics process.
Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of logistics providers.
Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Implement sustainability initiatives in logistics operations.
Ensure the safety and security of all logistics activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10
years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of logistics processes and systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and technology.
Experience in managing budgets and costs.
