Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline shipping processes, monitor delivery performance, and resolve any issues that may arise.Procurement - Develop and execute sourcing strategies for materials and products, Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings while maintaining high-quality standards, Conduct regular supplier evaluations and assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.Inventory Management - Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize holding costs, Monitor and analyze inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and demand forecasts to ensure efficient inventory management, Collaborate with warehouse teams to address any discrepancies and improve overall inventory accuracy.Returns Management - Establish and manage a streamlined process for handling product returns and exchanges, Collaborate with customer service and quality control teams to determine the root causes of returns and implement corrective actions, Maintain accurate records of returned products and work with suppliers to address product quality issues.Supplier Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and responsive supply chain, Collaborate with suppliers to address issues, improve lead times, and enhance overall performance.Cost Optimization - Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements across the supply chain, Implement strategies to optimize logistics costs, reduce excess inventory, and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.Data Analysis and Reporting - Utilize data analytics tools to assess and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, procurement, inventory, and returns, Generate regular reports to track and communicate supply chain performance metrics.Risk Management - Identify potential risks in the supply chain, including disruptions in logistics, procurement, and returns processes, Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or related field.
At least 2 years relevant experience in managing Supply Chain and Production
Profound know how of supply/demand planning, warehousing and logistics in multisite environments
Negotiation experience across the global supplier markets
Strongly innovative thinking and change competence
