Job Description: To assist the Vice President of Operations with the daily logistics transactions.Trace, track and expedite purchase processesCreate and maintain contact with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goodsAssist sales with their inquiries regarding shipments.Organize files both manually and electronicallyMonitor deliveries for repaired and returned items.Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to anotherProcesses and monitors FOB transactionsCanvasses and reviews freight charges and coordinates with forwarder for shipment purposesAssists in TELCO transactions and NTC requirements. Minimum Qualification: Educational Attainment: College GraduateExperience with the logistics is a plus.Above average analytical skills, time management skills, open to change, can handle pressure, passionate, initiative.
