Logistic Assistant

Job Description:

-To assist the Vice President of Operations with the daily logistics transactions.
-Trace, track and expedite purchase processes
-Create and maintain contact with vendors and ensure timely delivery of goods
-Assist sales with their inquiries regarding shipments.
-Organize files both manually and electronically
-Monitor deliveries for repaired and returned items.
-Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
-Processes and monitors FOB transactions
-Canvasses and reviews freight charges and coordinates with forwarder for shipment purposes
-Assists in TELCO transactions and NTC requirements.

Minimum Qualification:

-Educational Attainment: College Graduate
-Experience with the logistics is a plus.
-Above average analytical skills, time management skills, open to change, can handle pressure, passionate, initiative.
