Qualifications:

Must have completed at least 2 years of tertiary education
At least 3 months of call center experience (voice, chat/email support, telemarketing, or collections)
No regional accent; clear and understandable pronunciation
Good communication skills

Job Description:
Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service by addressing credit card inquiries and concerns, including requests for annual membership fee waivers, billing and charges, card delivery, and other credit card-related items. Communicate with customers in Filipino or Taglish.

Work Set-up & Location:

Onsite at Alorica Fort, BGC Taguig (5 mins walk from Uptown Mall / 5 minutes ride from Guadalupe MRT station)

Schedule:

Shifting Schedule
Training may be in the graveyard shift for 2 months
After training, the schedule will vary between 6 AM and 12 MN
Two consecutive rest days guaranteed (Weekends off are not guaranteed)
