Job Description Arranges for compliance of collaterals for appropriate documentation and administration in coordination with the relevant business divisions. Tracks pending accounts that have been sent to banks and brokers for registration or encumbrance, as well as pending accounts that require more documentation in order for the registration or encumbrance of a mortgage to move forward. Ensures that notarial and bank utility payments are correctly charged to cost centers. Arranges loan and collateral documentation in corresponding filing cabinets and fire-resistant vaults to guarantee appropriate storage of all assets. Keeps an eye on collateral papers and document deficiencies, and it updates the collateral management inventory. Scanning and uploading all paperwork required to make other units easier to access. Maintains regular inventory and monitoring of all securities, loan paperwork, and credit files in order to balance the portfolio against the real amount of inventory. Keeps an eye on the collateral's storage and removal from the vault to prevent losses that can cause complaints from clients. Oversee a pipeline of loan applications, keeping tabs on their status, updating applicants, and making sure all necessary tasks and milestones are completed on time. And any additional tasks that might be allocated. WILLING TO WORK IN ANTIPOLO CITY, RIZAL. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Financial Management or related degree. With year/years of experience as Loan Specialist/Officer. Preferably with working experience in real estate but not required. With excellent communication skills.
