The Opportunity: We are seeking a reliable Loan Document Coordinator to remotely support our private lending team in Newport Beach with loan document preparation. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detailed individual who is comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven real estate environment.
This is a full-time independent contractor opportunity that will work remotely in the Philippines. A laptop, 2nd monitor, high-speed internet connection, and dedicated home office space are required.
