Loan Consultant Development Staff

JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for supporting the Relationship Manager in creating and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Responsible for performing numerous clerical and administrative duties, including answering phones, filing, entering data, and arranging schedules, to keep the department running smoothly.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitors Loan Consultant's ProgramsBuilds strong relationship with the existing and new clients (LC and Dealers)Ensures Loan Consultant's satisfaction from all their transactionsSupports and assists the department to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities:Sets Google Meet / MS Teams virtual presentations (meetings)Monitors LC group chat (per branch basis)Conducts Monthly Raffle for LC and DealersCreates cheque requests and deposits for LC and Dealer CommissionsCollects all newly registered LC per monthManages and co-admin of the department's FB Page (posting, updates, birthday greetings to LC and Dealers)Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)Knowledge in basic Canva or any creative digital platform is a plusPerforms other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned from time to timeJOB SPECIFICATIONS: Preferably with a degree in business administration, marketing or related fieldFast learnerCan work under pressure and handle challenging situations
