Pinnacle Homes Realty and Development Corporation is looking for a competent Loan Assistant to be part of our growing team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time on-site role that: (1) Services the documentary requirements, inquiries and requests of customers while the account is still on the equity (down payment) stage; and (2) Prepares Loan Folder for submission to Financial Institution for the issuance of NOA and Loan Take-out.
The position holder shall undertake the following functions:
Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements and the core values of the organization.Receives the assigned accounts from Sales Administration Unit.Conduct buyer's orientation to ensure that the processing of loan application is accomplished in an efficient manner until Loan take-out.Follows up the submission of buyer's requirements to make the account eligible for financing.Prepares and sends Notices to Customers on Non-Submission of required documents.Creates the Loan Folder (for pre-NOA documents) and requirements and forwards to AS Supervisor for final review/QA.Prepares Technical Documents for Inspection Envelope.Upon receipt of NOA, ensures that all other post NOA documents/requirements are accomplished for signature of buyer.Dockets DOA for annotation and turnover to Technical Documentation.Dockets Loan Folder (Post) for submission to HDMF through the Liaison/Compliance Staff for loan take-out.Coordinates with the buyers upon take-out of accounts.Receives and reviews various customer requests.Coordinates with other departments for the servicing of the customer's request, resolution of the customer's complaints and confirmation of the customer's inquiries.Prepare reports needed by AS Supervisor/Manager.For site-based ASR - Performs other duties and responsibilities related to Sales Admin functions as Sales Admin Assistant reliever.Performs other duties and responsibilities related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities. Qualifications:
a. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
b. Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Loan Assistant, preferably in the real estate field
c. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
d. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
e. Ability to work effectively in a team
f. Attention to detail and organizational skills
g. Knowledge of real estate and finance industry practices
