Primary Responsibilities As a Livestream Senior Operations Manager, your key duties will include:
TSP Management Strategy Implementation: Execute livestream strategies for local and Chinese brands in collaboration with the China team.Lead and mentor a team of an Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop partner engagement strategies for TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.Oversee partnership initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.Negotiation with Brand Partners: Cultivate partnerships with local brands while coordinating negotiations with the China team for Chinese brands.Negotiate partnership agreements that support live selling initiatives.Identify and connect with potential local partners for collaboration.Livestream Management: Plan and optimize livestream events in collaboration with hosts and content creators.Monitor sales performance and devise promotional strategies to enhance audience engagement.Event Coordination: Organize live selling events and promotional campaigns in partnership with brands.Ensure successful execution of co-branded livestreams to maximize engagement and sales. Brand Management Sales, Marketing, and Partnership Development: Develop and implement strategies to market products across e-commerce platforms and social media channels.Identify and engage potential local partners, including brands and influencers.Negotiate partnership agreements to support live selling initiatives.Livestream Management: Plan and optimize livestream events featuring influencers.Monitor sales performance and create strategies for continuous improvement.Event Coordination: Organize live selling events and promotional campaigns to boost brand visibility.Ensure the successful execution of co-branded livestreams.Strategy Implementation: Collaborate on partner engagement strategies for TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.Oversee partnership initiatives to meet and exceed objectives.Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment.Gather partner feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.Content Creation and Training Guide the creation of engaging TikTok content that aligns with current trends.Mentor team members on e-commerce best practices and effective TikTok strategies.
