### **Job Description**

Avion School is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated **Live Chat Specialist** to join our team in Taguig, NCR. As a critical intermediary between our institution and prospective students, you will play an essential role in enhancing their engagement and ensuring a seamless experience through live chat interactions. Your ability to communicate confidently and effectively will help us provide exceptional support and persuasive guidance to enhance our enrollment process.

### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Live Chat Management:**
Handle incoming live chat inquiries from prospective students, ensuring prompt and effective responses to their questions regarding programs, courses, and admissions processes.

- **Customer Engagement:**
Utilize persuasive communication skills to engage with potential students and encourage them to consider Avion School's offerings, ultimately driving enrollment conversions.

- **Information Dissemination:**
Provide accurate and detailed information about Avion School's programs, assist with application procedures, and clarify administrative processes, ensuring all communication is clear and professional.

- **Feedback Collection:**
Actively solicit feedback from chat interactions, documenting insights regarding student interests, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.

- **Collaboration:**
Work closely with the admissions team to relay critical feedback from the chat interactions, enhancing overall customer service strategies and improving the enrollment experience.

- **Performance Tracking:**
Monitor chat metrics (response time, resolution rates, satisfaction ratings) and contribute to reports aimed at evaluating service efficiency and identifying areas for improvement.

- **Continuous Learning:**
Stay updated on all of Avion School's offerings, enrollment guidelines, and industry trends to maintain a knowledgeable and resourceful presence during chat interactions.

- **Team Support:**
Participate in scheduled training sessions and team meetings, contributing ideas and strategies based on chat interaction experiences to improve service delivery.

### **Requirements**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role, preferably in an educational setting.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident in communication and engagement with diverse audiences.
- Energetic and proactive approach to assisting potential students.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent presentation skills to convey information engagingly and clearly.
- Strong persuasion abilities to influence prospective students positively.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using live chat software and CRM tools.
- Solid knowledge of basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite).

- **Additional Skills:**
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a part-time capacity.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling complex inquiries.
