Job Description:

Acudeen Technologies is seeking a confident and dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist with other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service or live chat support role
- Confident and dedicated attitude towards providing excellent customer service
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
