Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Representative to join our team at Peddlr in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an Associate Level Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support to our clients. This role is part-time and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat support.2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.3. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.4. Utilize research skills to provide accurate information and solutions to customers.5. Persuade customers to make purchases and upsell products or services.6. Meet or exceed customer service and sales goals.7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.4. Resourceful and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.5. Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers.6. Persuasion skills to upsell products or services.7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
