Live Chat Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

BeamAndGo is seeking a motivated and dynamic Live Chat Officer to join our team. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Persuade customers to take action and make purchases through effective communication
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Resourceful and adaptable personality traits
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using live chat platforms and other customer service tools
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
