Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:
Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a motivated and hardworking Live Chat Officer for remote work in Makati, NCR, Philippines. This position is part-time at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to customers through live chat
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations
- Help customers navigate the website, place orders, and track shipments
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient communication
- Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve processes
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or related fields preferred
- Proficiency in typing and using live chat software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Cooperates well with others and manages time effectively
- Motivated to provide exceptional customer service
