Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a dynamic and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist in other customer service tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
