Job Description:
PearlPay is seeking a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our live chat platform. This role requires a high level of resilience and independence, as well as strong communication and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Proactively engage with customers to promote products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Resilient and independent personality traits
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
