Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service through online interactions.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of live chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality customer service.
2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live chat platform for improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor chat interactions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
5. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance the live chat experience.
6. Train new agents on best practices for live chat communication and customer service.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing a live chat platform in a customer service environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools.
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
